At Mega Orologi you can order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The shop is fully automated, including the tax calculation, shipment time, shipment costs and payment. After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. When your order is sent, you will receive another e-mail with information to track your shipment. At the product page you can see what the expected time to ship is.
If Mega Orologi has any further questions regarding your order or needs more information from you, you will receive an e-mail of phone call.
Tax and customs
Mega Orologi sends products to countries all over the world.
Within European Union
Since Mega Orologi is located in the Netherlands, tax has to be charged when products are sent to other countries within the European Union. The tax is automatically calculated at the checkout page after you select your country. Within the European Union there is free movement of goods, so the products are sent directly to your address.
Outside European Union
When the shipment is sent to countries outside the European Union, no taxes have to be charged by us. After you select your country at the checkout page, you will see that no tax will show up. The shipment will be directly sent to your address. Dependent on the regulations at your country, the customs will charge tax/duties on your product. They will add this receipt to your shipment, which will always be delivered at your address.
Mega Orologi only accepts secure payments. This means that Mega Orologi can’t see any bank or credit card details of the customers, your payment will be processed by the bank. All payment methods use a 128 bit secured SSL certificate, so your payment will be 100% secure.
All major credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB and Diners. When you pay with credit card, your payment will be processed by the bank and Mega Orologi will receive a notification when your payment is finished. With this method your order can be processed immediately without any delay. Depending on your credit card provider, you have buyers protection. This means that your purchase is insured and you can get your money back if something happens.

When you choose for a manual bank transfer, it might take several days before the payment arrives. Because your order is processed after the payment is received, this payment method will cause a delay. Payments details are:

Mega Orologi is business partner with FedEx. This means that all shipments will be send as business post and will get a high priority, which speeds up the delivery time.
Every shipment includes Track & Trace. This means that you can follow your shipment online at https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack/ . You can see where the shipment is, when the shipment will arrive at your address, and when the next delivery is if you are not at home.
Insured, not at home?
Every shipment is insured. This means that when the product arrives damaged or defect, you will receive a new one. You can send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with information about the defect and you will receive instructions on what to do.
Not at home? No problem, FedEx will contact you about when they will try it again. After that, FedEx will leave a letter with instructions where you can pick-up your package. Usually at the nearest post office.
The delivery time depends on the country to which it’s sent, but is always between 2 and 10 business days. When your shipment is created, you can see the expected delivery date online.
Returns and Exchange
At Mega Orologi you can return your product within 30 days after receipt. If you don’t like this product, you can also exchange it for another product. Please use the contact form to request the return form. The additional shipment costs are for the account of the buyer. After the legal period of 14 days product can only be returned under the following conditions:
- Product is bought at Mega Orologi
- Product is unused/unworn
- Product is undamaged
- Product has original labels, stickers and protection attached
- Product is if possible in its original packaging
- All extras such as accessories, cards and manuals are present.
Mega Orologi is official dealer of all products which are sold. This means that every product has the original manufacturer warranty. At the product page the warranty period and terms are listed, these are also included with the product. If you discover a defect which is covered by the warranty, you can contact Mega Orologi using the contact form. The additional shipment costs are for the account of the buyer. Please mention the order number with your request.
Please note that normally the strap, crown and glass aren't covered by the warranty, unless stated otherwise.
